Come and see our talented HND Musical Theatre students perform the well known, iconic musical RENT.
RENT is a rock opera Loosely based on the 1896 opera La bohème it tells the story of a group of impoverished young artists struggling to survive and create a life in Lower Manhattan's East Village, in the thriving days of the bohemian culture of Alphabet City, under the shadow of HIV/ AIDS.
Rehearsals are well underway… the show opens on Thursday the 30th of May, at 7 pm, at Platform Theatre (Easterhouse Campus). There will be two performances on the 31st, at 1 pm and 7 pm.
