Business, Administration & Accounting Lecturer

Anne, one of our Business, Administration & Accounting Lecturers, has 18 years lecturing experience, she gained a significant amount of this experience whilst employed at North Glasgow College.

Since the college merger, Anne now enjoys supporting her learners at Glasgow Kelvin College where her main duties include delivery of a comprehensive field of business subjects. Anne currently delivers on the following subject areas. NQ Business (including the core subjects), Administration with Employment and Enterprise from Level 4 to Level 6 (Curriculum for Excellence Qualifications) and HND Business, subjects include Business Fundamentals with Emerging Technologies, Marketing and Business Law/Graded unit subjects. She has also taught Preparing to start a business, Payroll and Sage Accounts.

Anne gained her Postgraduate diploma in Teaching Qualification for Further Education from Stirling University and has a PDA in Teaching. She previously studied Business at Glasgow Caledonian University, that included Marketing and Entrepreneurship.

Prior to her current position at the college, Anne's previous industry experience involved setting up and running the biggest Esso garage in the UK. She has also been involved in other Business startups. 

On other days Anne is a qualified British Show jumping Official.
