We believe in fairness and equality, ensuring that our policies, procedures, and practices support all staff members equally.

Our Commitment to Marriage and Civil Partnership Equality

  • Equal Treatment: We ensure that there is no differential impact between those who are married and those in civil partnerships. Everyone is treated with equal respect and consideration.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Any benefits available to married employees, such as flexible working arrangements, statutory paternity pay, paternity and adoption leave, health insurance, and survivor pensions, are equally extended to employees in civil partnerships.
  • Inclusive Policies: Our policies are regularly reviewed and updated to maintain fairness and equality, ensuring that all staff members feel valued and supported.
