How To Enrol
To enrol you must accept your unconditional offer, once this has been done a blue enrolment button will become available.
Please complete all necessary sections and submit.

FAQs
I have a time out error message on saving the enrolment page am not sure if it has saved.
Can I ask you to follow the steps below:
- Clear your internet history & cache
- Search for the College website
- Online logins
- Admissions Applications Login
- Enter username & password
- Enrol button should appear highlighted blue
- Complete enrolment answering all questions and ticking all boxes at the end of the form, with exception of the Marketing button as this is your own personal preference
- Submit Enrolment
Can I leave any areas blank?
The following can be left blank when completing your enrolment:
- National Insurance Number
- Number of Standard Grades 1 – 3
- Number of Standard Grades 4 – 5
- Number of National Units
- Highest Qualification held
- SAAS Ref. No
- SLC Support No
What is my Category of Student?
If you are attending a full time class then please select 10: Full Time. For anything else you need to select what is appropriate to your situation.
Eg. School pupils should select 42: School Pupil if they are enrolling onto a school link programme.
Do I complete the Disability Allowance section?
This should only be completed by students who are studying at HE level ie. a class over SCQF Level 6.
What is my Residency status?
These are the basic conditions a student must fulfil in order to qualify for a fee waiver waiver or student support:
- Be an ordinary resident in Scotland on the relevant date; AND
- Have been ordinarily resident in the UK and Islands throughout the period of 3 years immediately preceding the relevant date; AND
- Be settled in the United Kingdom within the meaning given be Section 33(2A) of the Immigration Act 1971 on the relevant date (for example, be a UK national or otherwise have a right to stay in the UK without time restriction, for example 'Indefinite Leave to Remain'; OR
- Be a person (other than a person who has applied for refugee status) who has been informed in writing by a person acting under the authority of the Secretary of State for the Home Department, that they have been granted leave to enter or remain in the ÚK and whose leave has not expired; OR
- The spouse, civil partner or child of a person described in (i) or (ii).
Residency is complex and the student should seek advice from the Finance Department.
It is saying ‘please complete all mandatory fields below’ but I have completed all stages
Please check the online form again; if there are any red stars next to anything please check the information is correct and complete and try re-submitting
Should I log in with my college email or my personal email?
Please use the personal email that you registered your account with.
I cannot remember my email/password for my online account
If you cannot remember the email address you used to set up your account please contact the admissions@glasgowkelvin.ac.uk.
If you cannot remember your password, please enter your email here https://apply.glasgowkelvin.ac.uk/WebSite/GKApplications/Password.aspx and select ‘request reset’, please allow up to 24 hours for a password reminder email and check your junk and other email folders.
If none of the above has helped and you are still having trouble enrolling or cannot complete online enrolment, please contact the Student Records Department by email at srstaff@glasgowkelvin.ac.uk, confirming your date of birth, the course which you are trying to enrol onto.
